Review

a. Create issue

Click "New issue" button or shortcut I
Navigate mouse in 3d space to the error region. The issue is marked as a sphere.
Click on the error region. Edit and move the sphere using 3 view top, side and front to the desired location.
Choose issue type
Add comment if needed
Click "Submit"

c. Create text issue (not on image)

In tab "Issue", click on "New issue text"

d. Delete comment, resolve/reopen issue

You can "resolve" open issues, or "reopen" closed issues.
