1. Information security program

In accordance with the SOC 2 Framework, we maintain a robust information security program.

2. Third-party Audits

To ensure that our security and compliance controls are effective, Linh AI undergoes independent third-party assessments.

3. Third-party Penetration Testing

In order to ensure that our services remain secure, we conduct an independent third-party penetration test at least once a year.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities related to our Information Security Program and the protection of our customer’s data are well defined and documented. Our team members are required to review and accept all of the security policies.

5. Employee Training

Our employee security awareness training includes industry standard practices and information security topics such as phishing and password management.

6. Background Checks

All team members are required to sign and adhere to an industry standard confidentiality agreement prior to their first day of work.
